Ignite is turning 5 years in business in February which is a milestone that we are really proud of. We are not resting on our laurels though, and we are planning some big changes for 2024.
We have committed to offering our clients a greater customer service experience by growing our team of trainers and admin staff and also investing in our courses and training facilities. In addition to our current training base in Gorey, we will also have our New Ross satellite training facility coming on-stream this year.
Some interesting statistics found in a report carried out by Lorman Educational Services for the 2022 period;
- Nearly 59% of employees claim they had no workplace training and that most of their skills were self-thought
- 74% of workers are willing to learn new skills or retrain in order to remain employable.
- Staff retention rates rise 30-50% for companies with strong learning cultures.
